Returns

We’ve made our returns easy. Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand, so we have a '30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED*' returns policy.

• We refund or issue store credit for ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit.
• Once Soleo has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued
